With the Marius nautical-inspired collection, Pierre-François Dubois reinterprets the shapes of boats’ hulls and creates a pattern on the doors which nod to sails and riggings. Pierre-François Dubois’ collection is composed of console tables, chiffoniers, dressers and chests of drawers, defined by an apparent structure in solid oak/walnut and MDF. Special attention is given to the handles’ brass finish.

Pierre-François, che proviene da un background di design industriale, ama disegnare oggetti semplici in termini di design o di utilizzo.

Il suo passaggio in Finlandia ha lasciato tracce della sua sensibilità per i materiali naturali e le linee pulite. Passato per diverse scuole di design (Boulle, Olivier de Serres, Aalto University, Ensci), accumula diverse esperienze attraverso i suoi stage. Pierre-François è uno dei designer dei primi pezzi del marchio, ormai diventati iconici. Hartô design presenta diverse sue creazioni.
